This will also mark the eagerly awaited return of Bourbon Barrel Aged Trippel Weizenbock! This 2016 vintage has hibernated in 4 Roses bourbon barrels for 11 months and will clock in at over 15% ABV!!

***Brewer’s note on the bottle release: At The Livery, we have traditonally bottle conditioned all of our bourbon barrel aged beers. Specifically, Bourbon Barrel Aged Trippel Weizenbock. We have seen mixed results in the past due to the delicate nature of the beer. Moving forward, we will be putting a carbonated beverage into the bottle at all future releases. This is in regards to our “bourbon barrel aged” beers. The “barrel aged sour” portion of our program will remain wild in nature and we will continue to bottle condition those beers when released. (ala Slow Peach) Thanks for your continued interest in our barrel program!
