General Procedures


***Update: As of May 15th 2021, guests who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear a mask inside the brewpub***

  • Guests will be allowed in the brewpub for limited-seating dining, to place an order, or use the restroom, and are asked to remain home if they are, or have recently been sick. Outdoor seating is available if we are at capacity indoors.
  • Unvaccinated guests will be required to wear a mask while inside the brewpub when not seated, marks on the floor will provide proper social distancing while in line.
  • Guests will also be asked to stay at their chosen seat as to limit the cross traffic – and to wear a mask when leaving the table to place an order, use the restroom, or move about the area.
  • Single Use Menus will be widely available, online ordering is available as well
  • Guests will seat themselves in our brewpub or designated drinking area in the outdoor beer garden
  • Guests will pick-up their food/online orders at our designated no-contact pick-up table 
  • Limit party sizes to groups of 6 or less 
  • Curbside pick-up will remain open for growler fills, packaged product, and to go orders – designated parking spots outside 5th St entrance

    Monday: CLOSED
    Tues – Thursday: 4pm – 10pm
    Friday – Saturday: Noon – 11pm (Kitchen closes at 10pm)
    Sunday: Noon – 9pm (Kitchen closes at 8pm)
  • Guests required to wear a mask at all times inside the brewpub if not seated at their table.
  • Tables spaced accordingly, limited capacity indoors
  • Moving to all single-use menus or online menu
  • The Livery logo on the floor will indicate 6 foot separation while waiting in line
  • Installation of Plexiglas guard at the bar
  • Each shift will have a designated cleaner to clean and sanitize work surfaces, shared surfaces, and bathrooms CONSTANTLY. This will go above and beyond normal sanitation practices.

 Outdoor Beer Garden: 

  • We have expanded our Beer Garden to include a portion of our parking lot – guests are invited to seat themselves, maintaining social distance 
  • Yes, we will have tables with limited seating, and barrels to be used as gathering spots! 
  • A heated tent will be available for shade and shelter from the elements – limited capacity

Employee Practices:

  • Staff will be required to wear masks at all times
  • All employees are required to stay home if they are sick
  • All employees will have their temperature taken and complete the health departments questionnaire before beginning their shift


Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need a reservation?  No, at this time we are allowing walk-ups. 

How do I place an order? You can enter the brewpub through the 5th Street entrance, head up the stairs, and place an order/start a tab at the bar. Beers will be served to you immediately, and food will be placed at a no contact pickup table in our expanded beer garden. You may also place an online order for pickup, which will be placed at the no contact table. There will be lots of signs and arrows to guide you, please abide and we will all have a great time! 

Can I sit inside the brewpub and eat/drink? Yes. We have a limited capacity of indoor seating available. First-come, first-served. If you cannot find an open seat for your group, please see the bartender. They can take your order, and you can use our outdoor space until tables open. No reservations at this time, sorry.

Can I use the restroom inside? Yes, of course! Guests will be asked to enter the brewpub through the beer garden door, waiting in line if necessary, and respecting 6 ft social distance while doing so. Our restroom occupancies allow for 2 guests in the restroom at a time, with The Livery logos on the floor to indicate where to wait in line. The Livery will be cleaning/sanitizing the restrooms frequently! And, please, wash your hands!! 

Can I still bring my pet to your outdoor beer garden? Yes! We love our furry friends, so feel free to bring your pet as long as they stay on a leash. Please, no pets inside the brewpub. 

Do I have to wear a mask?  **Guests who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear a mask** If you are not yet vaccinated, yes, you must wear a mask while inside our brewpub.. Once you are seated at your table, and eating and drinking, you are welcome to remove your mask. If you get up from your table, the mask goes back on. This is a requirement, not a suggestion. We want to protect our guests and our staff as much as possible. We promise to wear masks for you, please promise to wear masks for us.

Where can I find your menu? You can order online here:!/order  Single-use menus will also be available in the brewpub/beer garden areas

Is smoking allowed in the Beer Garden? No. We kindly ask that guests exit the Beer Garden, and smoke out on the sidewalk area on 5th Street. Please leave any beverages inside our Beer Garden while doing so.
