“The Livery Presents: The Sweet & Sour Beer Dinner”
Saturday, February 14th – 8:00 pm
Join us at The Livery this Valentine’s Day for an intimate 3 course dinner with beer pairings! We will offer a $60 ticket for couples as well as a single ticket for $30.
Your ticket will include:
Salad Course– Root vegetable salad with soft-boiled eggs, crostini, and sherry vinaigrette (Paired with choice of 5 oz. pour of “Nigel Tufnel” (English Pub Ale) or “Maillot Jaune” (Bier de Garde, aged in white wine barrels)
Main Entree– Roasted rack of lamb with frizzled herbs and parsnip mash (Paired with 10 oz. pour of “Love Pump” (imperial Stout) or “MI Winter” (Hoppy Brown Ale)
Dessert– Rose water panna cotta (Paired with a 5 oz. pour of “Blue Steel” (Blueberry Lager) or “St. Valentine’s Day Massacre” (Wild Ale-Aged on Blood Oranges) * new for the event!
